Q: DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?
A: We do. We have the standard 1 million in coverage requested by many venues and we are happy to provide your venue with that information.
Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK?
A: We generally secure dates 12+ months in advance, however feel free to reach out to see if we still have your date available.
All dates are first-come first-served and we reserve 12 spots per year.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
A: The average turn-around time for weddings is 6-8 weeks. Engagements take 2-3 weeks.
If you would like your wedding images sooner, we offer our rush service for $1,000.
Your images should arrive in 1-2 weeks, sneak peeks included.
Q: DO YOU OFFER RAW FILES?
A: We do not. All images delivered will be in high-resolution, artistically edited and ready to print and frame.
Q: DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?
A: Nope! That is what the Print Release is for. You are free to print wherever you like.
You can order premium prints through us as well.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT?
A: We process all payments through Venmo, which does accept credit cards.
If your country does not accept Venmo, we are happy to accept Paypal.
*All Paypal fees will be incurred by the couple.
Q: HOW DO WE RESERVE A WEDDING DATE?
A: We require a 15% deposit and a signed contract to secure a date.
The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your event and upon request, we are happy to set up a payment plan.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEED FROM US?
A: We also have our couples questionnaire to get to know a few more details about your special day, as well as a shot list for you to check off your most important requested images.
And as we get closer, we'll request a timeline from you and go over any details or time constraints that need smoothing out.
